Los Angeles will continue its six-game road trip when it travels to Chicago on Tuesday night. The Clippers had their five-game winning streak snapped in a 122-99 loss to Cleveland on Sunday. Chicago has won four of its last six games, but it is still sitting three games below the .500 mark.
Los Angeles has been as inconsistent as any team in the NBA this season, although some of that can be attributed to an injured roster. The Clippers got off to a 21-15 start before losing nine of their next 11 games. They bounced back with a five-game winning streak that included wins over the Mavericks, Lakers and Hawks before losing to Cleveland on Sunday in a 122-99 final. Los Angeles is amid a six-game road trip that concludes with trips to Milwaukee, New York and Brooklyn. The Clippers were without Kawhi Leonard (knee), Paul George (knee) and Reggie Jackson (Achilles) against Cleveland after the trio each played in the win over Atlanta on Saturday.

Their absences led to the Clippers being 11.5-point underdogs against Cleveland, so their 23-point loss was not particularly surprising. Leonard and George are not listed on the injury report for this game, while Jackson is questionable. Leonard is looking to extend a nine-game streak of shooting at least 50% from the floor on at least 10 attempts. He finished 12 of 20 for 32 points against Atlanta on Saturday. The Clippers have not been a strong offensive team this season, ranked No. 28 in the NBA in scoring (110.7). They are facing a Chicago defense that is No. 17 in the league in points allowed per game (114.5).
