The St. Louis Blues face the Winnipeg Jets with both teams looking to improve in the Central Division. The Blues have a 23-24-3 record and with our losses in a row have fallen to the bottom of the Central Division. The Jets have a 31-19-1 record but with three consecutive losses have fallen out of first place in the Central Division. Both teams look to improve in the division and the Western Conference and the upcoming game should be a good one as a result.

The Blues are having a rough season despite their offense stepping up and scoring 3.02 goals per game. Jordan Kyrou and Robert Thomas have scored 35 goals and 55 assists to lead the top line but the rest of the offense has also stepped up. Brayden Schenn, Vladimir Tarasenko, and Ivan Barbashev have combined for 32 goals and 58 assists while defenseman Justin Faulk has added six goals and 20 assists from the point to help open up the offense.

The offense has stepped up but the defense has been awful, allowing 3.60 goals per game including 19 goals in the last four games. Justin Faulk and Calle Rosen have combined for 4.0 defensive point shares but the rest of the unit has struggled, allowing opponents to find open shots on the net at will. Moreover, goaltender Jordan Binnington is having an awful season with a .891 save percentage and a 3.28 goals-against average on 1092 shots.
