The Horizon League season keeps moving along as the Oakland Golden Grizzlies travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Robert Morris Colonials on Sunday afternoon. Oakland had a two-game winning streak snapped on Friday night and are 9-13 overall and 7-4 in Horizon League play. Robert Morris comes in with two straight wins and sits at 10-12 overall and 5-6 in conference play. The opening tap is scheduled for 1:00 pm EST.

The Oakland Golden Grizzlies will look to get back on their winning ways after losing on Friday night, 77-73, to Youngstown State on the road. The loss prevented the Golden Grizzlies from moving into a four-way tie for second place in the Horizon League. Jalen Moore led the way for Oakland with 27 points and eight rebounds. Oakland shot 52% from the field but allowed Youngstown State to shoot 53% in the loss. Oakland was also out-rebounded 31-20 in the game.

Oakland has played much better in conference than the team did outside conference play. At 7-4, the Golden Grizzlies are still very much in the hunt for the league regular season title. Oakland is ranked just 343rd in the country in scoring defense, 9th in the Horizon League. They are amongst the worst teams in 3pt defense and rebounding, ranking 310th and 333rd respectively.
