The 2022-23 NCAA men’s basketball season continues with another huge Saturday slate, so we are breaking down the Mountain West Conference battle from Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas to get you the best Nevada vs. UNLV betting pick and odds.

The Nevada Wolf Pack (16-5; 13-6-1 ATS; 6-2 conf.) are coming off Monday’s 97-94 double-overtime victory over the No. 25 New Mexico Lobos. It was a great battle for all 50 minutes, as either side led by as many as five points. The Wolf Pack shot 48.0% from the field (5-for-24 from deep) and posted an excellent 23/9 assist-to-turnover ratio while forcing the Lobos into 19 turnovers. 

Junior center Will Baker scored a career-high 28 points against New Mexico including a couple of crucial free throws in the second overtime. Senior guard Jarod Lucas notched 22 points, fellow senior G Kenan Blackshear had 20 points, five steals, and four assists, while freshman forward Darrion Williams posted a double-double of 13 points and 13 rebounds. 

Jarod Lucas is Nevada’s leading scorer with 17.0 points per game. Kenan Blackshear is tallying 14.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per contest, while Will Baker is adding 13.7 points and 4.7 boards a night. The Wolf Pack rank 45th in the country in adjusted offensive efficiency (111.6 points per 100 possessions) and 65th in adjusted defensive efficiency (97.6). They are No. 34 in the NCAA NET Rankings and No. 49 in the KenPom rankings.
