The fact that Patrick Mahomes suffered a high-ankle sprain for the previously favored Kansas City Chiefs in their win over Jacksonville also contributed to the line movement. Kansas City is now priced +260. The Eagles and Chiefs have the longest title odds by any Super Bowl favorites entering conference championship weekend in at least the last 15 postseasons.
