Craig vs Walker Prediction

This is a light heavyweight fight between two fighters heading in opposite directions. On one hand, Paul Craig is 5-1-1 in his last seven fights. However, he enters the weekend following a unanimous decision loss to Volkan Oezdemir back at UFC London.

On the other hand, Johnny Walker has tasted defeat in four of his last six outings, getting knocked out twice in that span. He did manage to defeat Ion Cu?elaba by submission at UFC 279, though, leaving time to tell if that was a one-off win or a sign of things to come.

Even though Craig has had more success lately, it's hard to go against Walker. On top of being five years younger than his opponent, Walker is also three inches taller than Craig with a six-inch reach advantage as well. With impressive knockout ability, the former could end this bout quickly.

Expect Walker to pick up the win after a strong start out of the gate.

Craig vs Walker Best Bet

There isn't a ton of value to be had with an outright Walker victory, so I'm looking to the method section again. The 30-year-old rarely wins by submission and with FanDuel favoring th at the fight won't go the distance at -700 odds, I like Walker winning by KO/TKO.

After all, Walker is 15-4 in his career when his fights end by knockout. He also has eight KO/TKO victories in his last 14 outings and now gets to face Craig, who's been knocked out three times in his career and doesn't have the best striking. It's safe to say that's a recipe for success for Walker.
