The Rice Owls (13-5, 8-6-1 ATS) will be taking on the North Texas Mean Green (15-4, 8-9 ATS) and will face off inside of The Super Pit on Thursday night. Both of these teams are entering this game off a win so this should be interesting.

The Rice Owls had a great game offensively last time out as they were able to score 88 points on 32-of-68 (47.1 percent) from the floor and 9-of-28 (32.1 percent) from beyond the arc. They passed the ball incredibly well though as they had 22 assists on 32 made field goal attempts. Junior guard Quincy Olivari finished the game with 41 minutes played and had 30 points, eight rebounds, one assist, and three turnovers.

Their defense struggled after allowing 45 points in the opening half to the Roadrunners. UTSA was able to shoot the ball pretty well as they were able to connect on 43.2 percent from the floor and 35.5 percent from the three-point line. Rice did a good job of forcing 11 turnovers with four steals and blocks throughout the game.
