The Louisiana Tech Bulldogs will go on the road as they head to The Super Pit on Wednesday night as they take on the North Texas Mean Green in a Conference USA matchup. The Bulldogs are 10-6 (3-2) and are coming off a 60-58 home win over the UTEP Miners on Saturday. The Mean Green are a dominant 13-3 (4-1) so far and are riding a three-game winning streak af ter a 56-51 road win against the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders on Saturday. These programs also will play on February 16 so this will be a good test to see where these programs are right now.

The Louisiana Tech Bulldogs have been doing well and were able to pick up a 60-58 home victory against the UTEP Miners. They dominated in the first half as they outscored the Miners 37-27. They did a decent job as they were shooting the ball as they finished 22-of-51 (43.1 percent) overall, 6-of-17 (35.3 percent) from the three, and 14 free-throw attempts. Junior guard Cobe Williams led the team as in 36 minutes he finished with 17 points, a rebound, four assists, one block, two steals, and six turnovers. Defensively, they need to continue what they are doing as they allowed 42.9 percent from the floor and 31.3 from deep here. Louisiana Tech did incredibly well as they finished with 12 steals and eight blocks throughout the game. 

The Louisiana Tech Bulldogs are doing very well this season as they are 69th in the nation with 77.2 points per game thus far and shooting 46.3 percent from the floor and are averaging 14.9 assists per game. Defensively, they are giving up 68.4 points per game, which is 170th in the country. They need to improve with 2.5 blocks and 9.4 steals per game thus far.
