The Braves have not announced their starter.  The Marlins counter with Braxton Garrett. The Braves lead the season series 7-4.

The Braves were supposed to have Charlie Morton start this one but are saving him for the Mets this week and have yet to name a starter for the finale. They recalled Bryce Elder who could get the nod in this one. He allowed three runs in 2.1 innings against the Mets in his latest effort in early August. Elder has logged a 5.48 ERA and a 1.43 WHIP accompanied by a 1-3 record in 21 innings pitched this season. The Atlanta bullpen has been effective in this series and features a strong 3.43 ERA along with a 1.19 WHIP.

Atlanta has rebounded nicely from a three-game slide by winning four clashes in a row. They earned a two-game sweep at Fenway Park this week and a 4-3 win on Friday night. The division is likely out of reach but should be able to earn the first NL Wildcard spot.

Dansby Swanson has posted five RBIs in his last five games. The 28-year-old is havin g another productive season, bashing 16 homers with 60 RBIs and an .820 OPS. Swanson has six RBIs and a strong .855 OPS against the Marlins this season.
