Tulane rolls in on the heels of a 93-77 home win over Tulsa in their previous game Wednesday night, covering the line as a 12.5-point favorite. Temple edged South Florida 68-64 on the road Wednesday night, winning outright as a one-point underdog, in their previous game. In the all-time series between the schools, the Owls own a 14-7 advantage though the Green Wave has won three of the last for meetings. That includes a 69-60 win in the conference tournament quarterfinals on March 11, 2022.

Tulane won their second straight game as they rolled past Tulsa at home Wednesday night. The Green Wave improved to 9-5 overall and 2-1 in the conference heading into this contest. Against Tulsa, Tulane trailed by one three minutes into the game before reeling off a 16-1 run that put them in 24-10 with 11:58 to play in the first half. The Green Wave saw their lead trimmed to four before extending to an eight-point edge at the half. Tulane controlled play the rest of the way, never letting the lead drop below six in the second half en route to the win. The Green Wave shot 55.2% from the field, including 12 of 26 from beyond the arc, and forced 17 turnovers in the win. Jalen Cook led Tulane with 24 points and seven assists in the win.

The Green Wave comes into this contest 31st in the nation in scoring offense with 80.8 points per game. Tulane grabs an average of 32.6 boards a night while t he team stands 38th by handing out 16.1 dimes a contest. The Green Wave are slightly below average defensively as they are giving up 73 points per game, which leaves them 281st in scoring defense.
