A pair of Big 12 teams collide on the hardwood in search of a victory in the Sooner State. The #25 Iowa State Cyclones are on the road as they travel to take on the Oklahoma Sooners Wednesday night. Iowa State comes in off a 77-62 home win over #12 Baylor Saturday in their previous contest, winning outright as a 1.5-point underdog. Oklahoma fell just short, losing 70-69 to #6 Texas as home Saturday afternoon in their most recent game, though they did cover as a 3.5-point underdog. In the all-time series between the schools, the Sooners own an 87-71 advantage though it was Iowa State rolling to a 75-54 home win in the most recent matchup on February 19, 2022.

Iowa State won their third straight game as they rolled past #12 Baylor at home Saturday in their last game. The Cyclones ran their record to 10-2 overall and stand 1-0 in the Big 12 heading into this contest. Against Baylor, Iowa State trailed by nine with 6:49 to play in the first half before going on a 16-4 run to take a three-point edge at intermission. The Cyclones opened the second half with a 9-1 run to go up 43-32 and never let Baylor closer than three the rest of the way. Iowa State shot an even 50% from the field, including 10 of 23 from three-point range, and forced 19 Baylor turnovers in the game. Gabe Kalscheur led the way with 23 points for Iowa State in the win.

The Cyclones are a mediocre offensive team as they average 71.4 points per game, putting them 193rd on the season.
