DePaul Blue Demons (7-8) vs. Butler Bulldogs (9-6)
The 2022-23 college basketball season goes on Wednesday, January 4, with the DePaul Blue Demons facing off against the Butler Bulldogs in the Big East Conference showdown at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Senior F Javan Johnson went 5-for-17 from the field, finishing with 11 points and four rebounds on the night, while senior guard Umoja Gibson had ten points on 1-for-6 shooting from the field and 8-for-9 from the foul line.

The Blue Demons have gone 1-4 SU and 2-3 ATS over their last five contests overall. That lone victory came against Georgetown 83-76 at home on December 29. DePaul is now No. 195 in the NCAA NET Rankings and No. 144 in the KenPom rankings.
