The Minnesota Wild face the St. Louis Blues with both teams looking to build off of promising seasons. The Wild have a 20-13-2 record and with seven wins in their last 10 games have leaped into third place in the Central Division while the Blues have a 17-16-3 record and are in the middle of the Central Division. Jared Spurgeon and Jacob Middleton have combined for 4.6 defensive point shares and 137 blocked shots while Jonas Brodin, Mathew Dumba, and Jonathon Merrill have combined for 4.6 defensive point shares to add depth to the unit.
