As is the running theme across the country today, weather will be a factor when these two teams kickoff in the evening with freezing temperatures getting as low as 3 degrees with winds over 20MPH. Scoring is going to be tough but when the touchdowns come, it's a safe bet to assume that they will be coming via the running game. In terms of running backs, there's not too many better options out there tonight than the Raiders' Josh Jacobs.
