The non-conference schedule of the 2022-23 college basketball season continues Tuesday, December 20, with plenty of interesting matchups around the country including the Utah Valley vs. Oregon showdown from Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene, Oregon.

The Wolverines meet the Ducks for the first time since 2013 when Oregon beat Utah Valley 69-54. The tip-off is set for 10:30 PM ET, and the Ducks open as 11.5-point favorites with a total of 137.0 points.

The Utah Valley Wolverines (8-4; 5-4 ATS) are coming off Friday’s 80-54 home victory over Antelope Valley. They dominated the Pioneers from start to finish, and senior guard Trey Woodbury led the way with a line of 17 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and a couple of steals. Utah Valley’s last clash against the Division I team came on December 10 when the Wolverines outlasted Northern Arizona 80-75 in overtime, covering a 4-point spread on the road.

The Wolverines shot 44.6% from the field (6-for-17 from deep) and 24-for-32 from the foul line against the Lumberjacks. They handed out 16 assists but also committed 18 turnovers, blowing an 11-point second-half lead. Four players scored in double digits including sophomore seven-footer Aziz Bandaogo, who posted a 15-point, 12-rebound double-double.
