It’s a non-conference matchup on the hardwood between a pair of surprising mid-major programs when the Missouri Valley Conference takes on a member from the Atlantic 10 in the Steel City. The Indiana State Sycamores are on the road as they travel to face the Duquesne Dukes Saturday afternoon. Indiana State was upended 88-85 in overtime on the road by Southern Indiana in their previous contest Sunday, losing outright as a 6.5-point favorite. Duquesne upended DePaul 66-55 at home Wednesday night in their previous game, covering the three-point line in the process. In the all-time series between the teams, these teams have met just once with the Dukes taking a 74-71 road victory on November 21, 2019.
