NFL announcers: Who is announcing Thursday Night Football for 49ers-Seahawks in Week 15

As the NFL approaches Week 15 we will be one step closer to figuring out several playoff scenarios. The San Francisco 49ers can wrap up the NFC West when they face the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday Night Football. San Francisco has won six straight and looks like one of the best teams in the league. Seattle is coming off of a tough home loss to the Carolina Panthers and needs a win to keep an advantage in the playoff race.

This matchup will air on Amazon Prime Video with kickoff set for 8:15 p.m. ET. The announcer crew consists of Al Michaels handling play-by-play, Kirk Herbstreit as the color commentator, and Kaylee Hartung as the sideline reporter. The only parts of the country that can view the game on television are the San Francisco and Seattle markets, and sports bars that have a DirecTV package.

San Francisco (9-4) rolled the NFC South-leading Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 35-7, behind backup quarterback Brock Purdy. Purdy, the last pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, threw two touchdowns passes and Christian McCaffrey rushed for 119 yards and a score.

Seattle (7-6) was victimized by turnovers in a 30-24 loss to the Panthers. Geno Smith threw for 264 yards and three touchdowns, but also had two interceptions. Carolina physically pounded Seattle up front, rushing for 223 yards.

The 49ers are a 3.5-point road favorite in this one at DraftKings Sportsbook with the point total installed at 43.5. The 49ers are -190 on the moneyline while the Seahawks are +160.
