College basketball schedule today has 9 games
This is one of the toughest weeks of the season for betting on college basketball. Some colleges and universities are wrapping up finals and a lot of the student body has gone home for the holidays, leaving next to no home court advantage. Teams are also working players into the rotation that just got their eligibility back, something we saw last night with Coastal Carolina in the 87-86 win over South Dakota with a big line move against the Chanticleers.
We’ve also seen a limited number of games on most nights, so there hasn’t been a lot to choose from. I’m not terribly surprised that the picks are off to a slow start given the timing and this is also a little bit earlier than I usually dive into college hoops.
Today’s slate only has nine Division I vs. Division I matchups and some high-major teams are entertaining some small schools. We don’t really have many standout games this evening. But, I’ve scoured the card to find something I like out of the 36 available sides and totals.
