The Valparaiso Beacons will head down to Oxford and face the Ole Miss Rebels in non-conference action this weekend from the Pavilion on the SEC Network.
Valpo is 4-6 after losing to Murray State at home. The Beacons took the Racers to overtime, to drop their second straight MVC game. Valparaiso is scoring 70.3 points per game, while shooting 44.1% from the floor, and 27.8 from deep.
Fourth-year forward Ben Krikke does it all for the Beacons. The 6’9 senior double-doubled in the opener versus Toledo, and he went for a season-high 31 points in the loss to Murray State. Krikke leads Valpo in scoring (20.5) and rebounding (6.5), while fifth-year guard Kobe King is second on the team in scoring (17.1).
