The Jets, who have won with a count of 5-2 in their last three contests, netting at least five snipes in six of their previous seven fixtures, saw Pierre-Luc Dubois (13 goals, 28 points this year) score twice and provide an assist, thus extending his point run to seven games (5 goals, 7 assists). Blake Wheeler (8 goals, 24 points), meanwhile, notched a strike and a helper for Winnipeg, which has won its most recent three road fixtures.
Goalie Connor Hellebuyck turned aside 29 shots on Thursday and has now gone 14-5-1 for the current season with a 2.24 GAA and a .932 save percentage. David Rittich (3-2-0 on the year with a 3.07 GAA and a .881 save percentage), though, is most likely to deputize in the crease for Winnipeg tonight, having picked up a 2-1-0 career total against the Chicago Blackhawks with a 4.14 GAA and a .856 save percentage.
