Having snapped a three-game skid with a victory in Columbus, the Detroit Red Wings (4th in Atlantic Division) will be hoping to continue in similar fashion while paying a visit to the Tampa Bay Lightning (3rd in Atlantic), who have won five of their previous six domestic contests.

A three-game losing skid (0-2-1) got snapped for the Detroit Red Wings (12-7-5), who started their current four-date road trek with a 4-2 triumph against the Columbus Blue Jackets at Nationwide Arena on Sunday. Austin Czarnik (2 goals, 2 points this year) and Dominik Kubalik (10 goals, 24 points) tallied in the opening frame, and Lucas Raymond (7 goals, 15 points) added Detroit’s third on a 5-on-3 in the second period to give the visitors a 3-0 lead before Columbus got two snipes back, only for Andrew Copp (14 points) to finish off the proceedings six minutes into the final third with his third marker of the current campaign. With that, the Red Wings have extended their winning run on the road to three contests.
