Best NBA player prop bets for Saturday, 12/3: Gobert towers over the Thunder

There are 7 games on the NBA slate on Saturday. One of the more interesting matchups tonight will be the battle out west between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Utah Jazz. The Trail Blazers find themselves in a slump, having lost 3 straight games. They will be hoping to put an end to that here against a Jazz team that is hoping to prove their hot start this season is no fluke. But for now, lets take a look at player props selections for this evenings games.

While Rudy Gobert is coming into tonight’s game after his worst rebounding performance of the season so far, he should have a great opportunity to bounce back here. He has already taken on the Oklahoma City Thunder twice this season, recording 15 and 16 rebounds in those efforts respectively. The Thunder lack the size to cause him major issues on the glass, with 6'8″ Jeremiah Robinson-Earl playing center. It should allow the Frenchman to dominate both ends of the floor. The Thunder allow the most rebounds per game in the NBA and the Gobert should be the one collective them here.

Alperen Sengun has been in fine scoring form for the Houston Rockets. The center has scored 18 or more points in 3 of the last 4 games and should be able to keep that going against the Golden State Warriors. The hosts do not have great size on the inside and tend to play Draymond Green at center for long stretches. While he is a great defender, Sengun should be able to use his size to establish great post position and pull down offensive rebounds. He has a soft touch around the rim and should be well positioned to convert these opportunities. In each of the last 4 games he has shot above 50% from the field and doing so again tonight should allow him to clear this over.
