The San Jose State Spartans (6-4) meet a familiar opponent when they host the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors (3-9) on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at CEFCU Stadium in an MWC clash.

The Spartans head into the matchup after losing 35-31 to the Utah State Aggies in their last outing on November 19. The Rainbow Warriors are coming off of a victory over the UNLV Rebels by the score of 31-25. Chevan Cordeiro had 257 yards on 20-of-30 passing (66.7%) for the Spartans in that matchup against the Aggies, with four touchdowns and no interceptions. Kairee Robinson totaled 69 rushing yards on 12 carries (5.8 yards per carry). He also had one catch for three yards. Elijah Cooks had seven receptions for 125 yards (17.9 per catch) and three touchdowns against the Aggies. Brayden Schager put up 202 passing yards while going 16-for-27 with three touchdowns and no interceptions for the Warriors against the Rebels. Dedrick Parson carried the ball 19 times for 115 yards and one touchdown. He caught two passes for five yards. Zion Bowens collected two catches for 60 yards (on five targets), with one touchdown.

The Spartans are favorites (-15) in an expected one-sided game with the Rainbow Warriors. The total is set at 57 points.
