Star guard Ja Morant was out with an ankle injury and is a game-time decision on Tuesday night. Morant plays a huge role in the Memphis game plan, averaging 28.8 points, 6.0 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game. He also paces a fast break offense that ranks second in the NBA with 16.0 of those points per contest.

Morant currently ranks ninth in the league in scoring, so bettors will certainly be wanting to monitor his status before placing wagers on this game. He is not the only player on the roster dealing with an injury though, as power forward Jaren Jackson Jr. (foot) and shooting guard Desmond Bane (toe) are both listed as game-time decisions as well. Bane is the second-leading scorer (24.7), while Jackson has not played since underdoing offseason foot surgery.
