Northern Iowa will stay in the Commonwealth and head up to Charlottesville and take on the Virginia Cavaliers from John Paul Jones Arena this Monday evening on the ACC Network. This will mark the first meeting between these two programs.

UNI kept things close early, but UR would pull away in the second half, en route to a 13-point win. Bowen Born leads a young UNI team in scoring after a pair of solid outings to open the season with 18.0 ppg. His backcourt mate. His backcourt mate and fellow sophomore Nate Heise is second with 12.0 ppg. Tytan Anderson has played up to his name against Richmond, posting his first double-double of his career.
