San Antonio Spurs (6-7) vs. Golden State Warriors (5-7)
The San Antonio Spurs head to Chase Center in San Francisco on Monday night to start their three-game regular-season series against the Golden State Warriors. The Spurs and Warriors split their last season’s four-game set, and each team emerged victorious on the road twice.
San Antonio is without Blake Wesley (knee) and Zach Collins (leg). On the other side, Golden State cannot count on Andre Iguodala (hip), while Patrick Baldwin (back) is doubtful to play.
The San Antonio Spurs (6-7; 8-5 ATS) put an end to a five-game losing streak this past Friday, defeating the injury-depleted Milwaukee Bucks 111-93 as slight 1.5-point home favorites. The Spurs shot 50.6% from the field and 38.7% from beyond the arc (12-for-31), outlasting the Bucks 50-32 in the paint. Also, the Spurs accounted for 21 fast-break points while allowing zero in a return. Keldon Johnson led the charge for San Antonio with 29 points (5-for-8 from deep), and Devin Vassell added 22 points and five rebounds.
“We loved the win,” San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich said. “It was great. Our guys played great. Of course, they were undermanned like crazy, but you go out and you play whoever is out there. They came to win, (they are) deep, obviously well-coached.”

The Spurs are struggling to defend at a high level.
