The Georgia Bulldogs will play the Wake Forest Demon Deacons in a non-conference game on Friday night at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Georgia won the rebounding battle by a total of 42-26, had 13 assists, but turned the ball over 21 times in the game. Kario Oquendo led the Bulldogs with 18 points, two rebounds, and two assists in the win.
The Wake Forest Demon Deacons are 1-0 this season after they defeated Fairfield by a score of 71-59 in their first game of the year. Wake Forest held Fairfield to 25 points in the first half and scored 39 points in the second half for the win. Wake Forest shot 39.1% from the field, 27.3% on three pointers, and 74.4% on free throws in the game. Wake Forest out rebounded Fairfield by a total of 39-33, had 10 assists, and forced 13 turnovers in the win. Andrew Carr led the Demon Deacons with 14 points, five rebounds, and one assist in the game.
