The Milwaukee Bucks will aim to win their 13th consecutive game when they host the Miami Heat at 7:30 p.m. ET inside Fiserv Forum tonight. Giannis Antetokounmpo is not expected to suit up, but fans tuning in on ESPN will still get to see the likes of Jimmy Butler and Jrue Holiday battle for a victory.
Here are three of the'best prop bets'for the Heat-Bucks game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook's'NBA odds.
Heat-Bucks Player Props
1. Bam Adebayo – Rebounds: Over 10.5 (-111)
The absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo is going to loom large for the Bucks when it comes to rebounding the basketball. The Greek Freak is averaging 12.2 boards per game (No. 2 in NBA) and Bobby Portis cannot be relied upon to produce similar results. That leaves the door open for Bam Adebayo to rack up rebound s for the Heat. Adebayo has already played the Bucks three times this season and logged rebound totals of 11, 12 and 13. The 25-year-old has cashed this prop in four of his last eight games overall and three of those misses came with a total of 9. Milwaukee ranks right in the middle of the NBA when it comes to rebounds allowed per game, too (51.8).
2. Jrue Holiday – Made Threes: Over 2.5 (-125)
Jrue Holiday has stepped up when it has mattered most this season as he averages a reliable 23.9 points and 10.0 assists without Antetokounmpo on the court (seven games). The two-time All-Star has drained at least 3 three-pointers in four of those seven games and is shooting 41.9% from beyond th e arc during that span. Not only that, but Holiday is shooting 41.5% from deep in the month of February as well. The Heat allow the fewest points in the paint per game in the NBA (44.9) and give up the 13.1 made three-pointers per game (No. 29 in NBA). The Bucks will have to win this game from the perimeter, so look for Holiday to ball out.
3. Brook Lopez – Points: Under 13.5 (-115)
This is tough because Brook Lopez finished with 33 points on a 13-of-18 shooting mark in the Bucks' last game prior to the All-Star break. However, the veteran draws a horrible matchup on Friday night. As mentioned above, the Heat thrive when defending the rim and they allow the second-fewest points per game to opposing centers (19.4). Lopez has not scored more than 13 points in any of his three games against Miami this season and has failed to reach the 14-point mark in five of his last eight games overall. Covering Adebayo's aggressiveness could result in some early foul trouble for Lopez as well, which makes fading him the way to go.
