Thursday will mark the first WM Phoenix Open to be held with an operational on-site sportsbook.
The DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale made its debut in October, and it will be open for customers to visit this week during one of the PGA Tour's flagship events. Unlike a typical PGA Tour event, the Phoenix Open encourages consistent crowd noise while players compete.
The 16th hole, especially, is known for a raucous atmosphere and a crowd that celebrates wildly when players make a hole-in-one on the par 3. DraftKings offers a hole-in-one prop to occur on any hole at any point during the tournament, with -120 odds on yes and -105 odds on no.
Scottie Scheffler (+500) is the betting favorite at the event, having won the title in each of the last two years. Unfortunately for fans, Xander Schauffele and Viktor Hovland withdrew from the tournament in recent days, reducing some of the star power in the field.
