For the first time since 1991, the Packers didn't get a single start from Brett Favre or Aaron Rodgers at quarterback in 2023. The thinking was that the Packers would take a step back with a win total of 7.5, as surely Jordan Love hadn't shown enough to expect he'd successfully carry on the legacy of MVP-level play from a Packers quarterback.
