2023 World Baseball Classic rosters: Every player competing for all 20 teams

The 2023 World Baseball Classic is set to begin on March 8 and the rosters for each country were officially announced on Thursday. This will mark the first WBC to take place since 2017 as the scheduled 2021 tournament was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The WBC field was expanded from 16 to 20 countries this year, with all 16 teams from the 2017 tournament automatically qualifying. The Czech Republic, Great Britain, Nicaragua, and Panama all won qualifying tournaments to earn spots as the last four entries, with the former three making their WBC debut.

Each squad has been divided into four pools with Pool A playing their games in Taiwan, Pool B playing their games in Japan, and Pools C and D playing their games in the United States. The top two teams from each pool will then advance to a single-elimination quarterfinal round.

The Dominican Republic heads into the tournament as the favorite with +200 odds at DraftKings Sportsbook. The USA follows at +225 and Japan is +280. It drops from there to Puerto Rico at +850.

Here are the 2023 World Baseball Classic rosters for each country. We're updating as MLB releases them on MLB Network.
