It was always very unlikely that Tiger Woods'was going to play in next week's PGA Championship at Oak Hill'after he withdrew from the Masters due to aggravation of a plantar fasciitis injury in his right foot. Woods then had surgery last month to address post-traumatic arthritis in his right ankle that was caused by injuries suffered in a February 2021 car wreck. Tiger had been +10000 at Caesars Sportsbook to win the 2023 PGA Championship but officially will miss the tournament – and potentially t he rest of the year.
