The NBA Draft is in the books and it’s time to look at the early odds to win the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy. In what will be perhaps the least shocking event of the offseason, 7-foot-5-inch French C Victor Wembanyama was selected 1st overall by the San Antonio Spurs.'
Alabama F Brandon Miller was'selected 2nd overall by the Charlotte Hornets and'G-League Ignite G'Scoot Henderson who went to the Portland Trail Blazers in the 3 spot. The top 5 was rounded out by Overtime Elite guards Amen Thompson joining the'Houston'Rockets 4th overall and'Ausar Thompson going to the Detroit Pistons 5th overall.
Draft day also featured a blockbuster trade that saw the Golden State Warriors trade G Jordan Poole to the'Washington Wizards as part of a package to land'G'Chris Paul.
