It's a new era in Seattle this NFL season, as the franchise moves forward without the best quarterback in team history after having traded future Hall-of-Famer Russell Wilson to the Denver Broncos this offseason. Barring something unforeseen, it will either be Drew Lock (part of the haul back from Denver) or Geno Smith'under center Week 1 when Seattle hosts Wilson and the Broncos.'Bettors at Caesars Sportsbook aren't expecting many good things from the Seahawks this season.

Once +4000 to win Super Bowl 57, Pete Carroll's team is now +150000,'the third-longest Super Bowl odds in the league. Seattle is ahead of only the Houston Texans and Atlanta Falcons at +25000 each. Overall, Seattle has gotten the eighth-fewest tickets and 10th-fewest dollars among all 2023 Super Bowl futures bets at Caesars.

Since the nine-time Pro Bowler Wilson was traded on March 8 for tight end Noah Fant, Lock, defensive end Shelby Harris, 2022 and 2023 first-round picks, 2022 and 2023 second-round picks and a 2022 fifth-round pick, the Seahawks have received the fourth-fewest tickets to win the Super Bowl, ahead of the Panthers, Commanders and Jaguars.

Seattle's win total remains at 6.0, and that number has produced the third-most lopsided Under bet by tickets at 72 percent, with only the Falcons at 76 percent and Bears at 74 percent surpassing the Seahawks. On money wagered, Seattle is the fifth-most lopsided Under at 86 percent, behind the Cardinals and Bears at 91 percent, the Falc ons at 88 percent, and the 49ers at 87 percent.
