This week the PGA tour heads to Austin Country Club in Austin, Texas for the World Golf Championship-Dell Technologies Match Play. This week's field, as is the case with all WGC events, will have the best players in the world from top to bottom.'

Headlining the event this season are Dustin Johnson, Rory McIlroy, Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm and Justin Thomas amongst others. Five players who qualified to play in the event will not participate, Four players will miss due to injuries including Tiger Woods, while Brooks Koepka recovers from knee surgery, Justin Rose withdrew due to a back problem and Gary Woodard is sidelined with covoid issues. Adam Scott decided to skip the event.

The Austin Country Club was established in 1899 and is a 7,082-yards par 71. The course has Bermuda grass but the fairways have been overseeded with ryegrass, while the greens are a mix of both poa trivialis and bentgrass. Fairways have canyons and other natural hazards surrounding them and on the back nine there are more water hazards than on the front nine, Plenty of bunkers protect the greens on each hole.
